On September 4, 2020, ZhongYin Law Firm and the listed company Joyvio Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. (“AGRI-JOYVIO”) entered into a regular legal counseling contract, pursuant to which the team led by Gao Wei, a senior partner of ZhongYin, is engaged by AGRI-JOYVIO as regular legal counsel.
