Recently, the team led by Ding Ran, senior partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, successfully won the bid for an equity M&A project of CNCEC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“CNCEC Investment”). For the project, Ding Ran's team will provide full-process legal services including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, transaction document drafting, business discussion and negotiation, special legal counseling, and issuance of legal opinions.

CNCEC Investment is a wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (“CNCEC”).
