ZhongYin Wins the Bid for an Equity M&A Project of CNCEC Investment

Recently, the team led by Ding Ran, senior partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, successfully won the bid for an equity M&A project of CNCEC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“CNCEC Investment”). For the project, Ding Ran's team will provide full-process legal services including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, transaction document drafting, business discussion and negotiation, special legal counseling, and issuance of legal opinions.
CNCEC Investment is a wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (“CNCEC”). CNCEC is a large engineering construction conglomerate directly supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, with the most complete qualifications, the fullest functions and the most integral business chains and relatively intensive knowledge and technology in the field of industrial engineering in China. It is one of the earliest domestic enterprises to engage in overseas work contracting. Since 1995, it has been ranked as one of the 250 world’s largest contractors by the authoritative American publication Engineering News-Record (ENR) for consecutive years. It ranked as the 29th in the “250 Global Contractors” in 2015.
