On July 8th morning, Zhongyin-Litu-Fangshi (Hengqin) joint operation law firm was opened. The establishment of the law firm will completely change previous three places’ law firms’ simple and limited partnership model. The three places’ legal profession for the first time provided legal services in one law firm for commercial subjects of the three places.

This joint law firm was comprised by Beijng Zhongyin Law Firm, the earliest partnership law firms in our country, Macao Litu Law Firm, the most famous all range law firm in Macao Special Administrative Region, and Hong Kong Fangshi Law Firm, local outstanding law firm in Hong Kong. Legal services range provided mainly includes cross-border investment, cross-border financial services and international intellectual property rights.

By the end of 2015, there totally are 2717 Hong Kong and Macao investment projects all over the city. The total amount of investment is more than 24 billion dollars. But all the time, because Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao belong to different legal systems and perform different legal institutions, when enterprises come across cross-border legal problems, they always need to engage several law firms respectively. However Zhongyin-Litu-Fangshi (Hengqin) joint law firm’s establishment will fundamentally solve the multiple referrals problems for enterprises that previous cross-border law business has to hire a local law firm to handle problems, effectively reducing the links of legal services and costs, especially having significant meaning for providing confidence for internal enterprises to develop internationalization and guaranteeing the legal rights and interests for “going out” enterprises.
