On July 16th to 22nd, 2017, in order to carry out the spirit of national judicial system reform conference and the national judicial department (bureau) forum, further promote the scientific, standardized and professional level of the lawyers association management, further promote the reform and development of lawyers system, National Lawyers Association held the fourth lawyers association leading members training course. The president and vice president from all provincial lawyers association and vice provincial city, totally 53 persons participated in this training, Beijing lawyers association vice president and Zhongyin Law Firm’s honorary chairman and branch Party general secretary Zhao Zenghai was invited to attend.

One week of fourth lawyers association leading members training

This training invited professor Han Kang, former vice president of National School of Administration, to teach “the world economic situation and China's macroeconomic analysis", professor Hu Jianmiao, director of the law teaching and Research Department of National School of Administration, to teach "promoting the rule of law in national governance", professor Zhou Wenzhang, former vice president of National School of Administration, to teach “Xi Jinping’s new management ideas, new thought, and new strategies”, and Wang Jiandong, the director assistant of National Development and Reform Commission Internet Data Analysis Center, to teach “Internet big data analysis and decision support”, through class teaching, simulation exercises, case studies, structured discussions, symposia and other forms, lawyers depth understand the new situation in macro politics, and president Xi Jinping’s new management ideas, thoughts, and strategies, further promoting lawyers association leading members’ ideological and political quality and policy theoretical level, to study and discuss the major issues of lawyers association construction under new situation.

During the training, our secretary Zhao Zenghai, on behalf of Beijing Lawyers Association, with Li Zhengguo, the vice president of Chengdu Lawyers Association, Pan Shuhong, the vice president of Shanghai Lawyers Association, and other 10 lawyers, combined with the actual work, training and learning experience, respectively put forward lots of insightful opinions and suggestions, about formulating the lawyers industry development plan, maintaining the rights of lawyers, strengthening self-discipline management, perfect the legal industry tax policy and law to speed up the construction of information industry, strengthening the propaganda, amending <Lawyers Law>, and so on.

It is understood that, since September 2015, national lawyers association held four times provincial lawyers association leading member training, to alternately train the lawyers association council, the board of supervisors and the general secretary from all provinces and Xinjiang production and construction corps.
