Zhong Yin Represented Client in an Anti-Dumping Investigation Launched by India into Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Originating in or Exported from China and Obtained Positive Result of Zero-rate

On December 29, 2023, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India released an announcement on the final decision made for the anti-dumping investigation concerning printed circuit board (PCB) originating in or exported from China. Mr. Zheng JIA, Director in the International Practice group of Zhong Yin Law Firm, represented Shenzhen Sunshine Circuits Technology Limited Liability Company and Kaiping Elec & Eltek Co., Ltd. in the case and assisted the two clients to obtain a zero-rate in the final decision, and won the investigation outright. This marks one of the most favorable outcomes for Chinese exporters in India’s anti-dumping cases against China in the last five years. In this case, the majority of other exporters were imposed with countervailing duty rate ranging from 8.23% to 30%. On December 30, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into printed-circuit board originating in or exported from China.
