In order to further strengthen the integration of risk control in the head and branch offices of ZhongYin Law Firm, and to practice in the area of securities and capital markets in a standardized and efficient manner, upon deliberation and decision, the management committee of ZhongYin has recently appointed Senior Partner Tan Jun as the director of the internal audit committee of ZhongYin.

The internal audit committee of ZhongYin is responsible for reviewing and controlling risks involved in the IPO and listing, major asset restructuring and share issuance of listed companies, and other projects in connection with which legal opinions or attorney's work reports and other documents must be submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, STAR Market listing, NEEQ listing, acquisition, major asset restructuring, and delisting of NEEQ-listed companies, registration as private fund manager and of related material change, and other programs, undertaken by the attorneys of the head and branch offices. The internal audit is an important link for effectively preventing practice risks and implementing risk control on the quality of related important programs.

Tan Jun has extensive practical experience in capital operation, domestic listing, overseas listing, M&A, foreign investment, private equity financing, finance, and other areas, and has a deep understanding of the laws and regulations and regulatory practices in China. Tan Jun and his team have successfully assisted a number of companies to go public, and have undertaken a number of programs in investment, financing, M&A, finance, and other areas, covering sectors such as minerals, water utilities, software, chemicals, department store, food, catering, clothing, building materials, real estate, medicine, finance, manufacturing, retail, forestry and education.
