Recently, the Guangxi Higher People’s Court has made a final judgment ((2021) Gui Civil Final No. 944) on the case of international trade dispute between an irrigation company in Penglai, Shandong and NaanDanJain Irrigation Ltd and its Chinese subsidiary NaanDanJain (China) Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
