ZhongYin Serves as Liquidator in the Case of Compulsory Liquidation of Hunan CITIC International Travel

On July 9, 2020, the Intermediate People's Court of Changsha, Hunan, upon the petition of CITIC Tourism Group Co., Ltd., decided to accept the case of compulsory liquidation of Hunan CITIC International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (“Hunan CITIC International Travel”). On July 24, 2020, the court made the No.5 Decision (2020) [Xiang 01CL], appointing ZhongYin Law Firm as the liquidator of Hunan CITIC International Travel. The team led by Guo Lijun and Liu Zhenyu was responsible for the case.

Hunan CITIC International Travel was established on January 17, 2004, with controlling shareholder CITIC Tourism Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Group, with business scope: domestic tourism, inbound tourism, and planning of commercial activities, conference and exhibition services, tourism management services, ticketing agency, sales of crafts.

The team led by Guo Lijun and Liu Zhenyu has accumulated extensive experience in bankruptcy and liquidation cases, and has participated in or represented 29 companies including Hongye Group on many bankruptcy and liquidation cases, such as case of bankruptcy and liquidation of AVIC Shixin Energy Saving Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., case of bankruptcy and liquidation of Beijing Huairou Qian An Ling Iron Mine Co., Ltd., case of compulsory liquidation of Beijing Pacific Dunlop Textiles Limited, and case of bankruptcy and liquidation of Beijing Beijiao Chemical Plant.
