On July 22, 2020, as invited by Zhengda Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the Party Committee Secretary and Director, Li Zheng and the Deputy Secretary and Management Committee Member of ZhongYin Law Firm, Wu Guanghong attended the Symposium of Beijing CBD Party Working Committee. The Deputy Executive Secretary and the Deputy Director of General Office of the Beijing CBD Party Working Committee, Zhang Zhiguo and Cui Jie, the Secretary General of the Party Building Working Alliance of CBD Core Area Business Circle, Zhou Ting, and the Human Resources General Manager and the Director of Zhengda Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Wang Jing and Ren Shuang of attended the symposium.

The Secretary, Zhang Zhiguo introduced that based on the reality of the Party building work in CBD, the Beijing CBD Party Working Committee established the Party Building Working Alliance of CBD Core Area Business Circle (the “Alliance”). The Alliance is a local Party building community under the guidance of the Beijing CBD Party Working Committee. It is formed by connecting various Party organizations that are affiliated to different systems, have different resources, and are relatively loose across the CBD core business circle. It is the deliberation, liaison and comprehensive coordination committee for the local Party and masses affairs in the business circle, and what’s more, a service platform built for the enterprises, white-collar workers, and others in the business circle to integrate resources and carry out high-end businesses, exchanges, seminars, and the Party and masses activities. The Beijing CBD Federation of Trade Unions has also established a number of cultural and sports activity platforms, and carried out a series of cultural and sports activities with international and CBD local characteristics, improving Trade Unions’ targeted and accessible services to all employees, and strengthening the influence and uniting capacity of Trade Unions among the enterprises and employees in CBD.

The Secretary, Li Zheng introduced the basic situation of the Party committee of ZhongYin Law Firm. The Party committee of ZhongYin currently has 7 Party branches and 1 joint Party branch, 215 Party members, and 2 applicants for Party membership. The Deputy Secretary, Wu Guanghong introduced the Party building work carried out by the Party committee of ZhongYin under the leadership of the industry Party committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association. The Secretary, Li Zheng, and the Deputy Secretary, Wu Guanghong exchanged views with the Secretary, Zhang Zhiguo on the Party building and trade union activities of ZhongYin Law Firm, and invited the Secretary, Zhang Zhiguo and the Beijing CBD Party Working Committee to visit ZhongYin Law Firm to provide the guidance to our Party building work when they are convenient.

After the Symposium, the Secretary, Li Zheng invited the Secretary, Zhang Zhiguo and others to visit ZhongYin Law Firm and its Party building office. The Secretary, Zhang Zhiguo spoke highly of the office environment and Party building work of ZhongYin Law Firm.
