At 9:00 am on January 27, 2018, about 50 managing partners and delegates of ZhongYin offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Chengdu and other 26 cities, as well as ZLF Law Office gathered in Beijing to offer advices and suggestions on issues such as brand integration, core business and risk control integration, and the joint meeting system of partners around the country .

Build and Promote Integrated Brand

The attending delegates fully recognized the concept of integrated brand building. After 25 years of development, ZhongYin has established presences all over the country, and more and more ZhonYiners have gradually realized the strategic significance of nationwide coordination and brand integration. In this context, local offices need to adopt unified marks, logo, test formatting and other branding narratives to enhance brand influence.

Meanwhile, the delegates from local offices proposed that a large professional forum should be provided and the Head Office, the Professional Committee, and each Branch Office shall take turns to host such forum every year. By accumulating the efforts of all offices, the firm may publicize ZhongYin brand, enhance its influence, and continuously enrich its connotation, as well as facilitate the resource integration and professional cooperation and collaboration within ZhongYin and constantly enhance the expertise of ZhongYin lawyers.

Strengthen Risk Control

Given the increasing risk of non-litigation practice, and the reality that cases handled under the brands rarely stand or fall alone, at the meeting, the attendees reached a consensus on strict control of the legal risks that may arise in the aspect of non-litigation practice, and proposed to establish a risk control monitoring system at the Head Office level to ensure the high-quality, effective, and normal operation of the risk control system.

Facilitate Communication and Exchange

In view of the increasing brand integration trend in future, the attendees proposed to integrate the talents, strengths, and resources of the offices across the country, so as to establish a joint meeting system for all partners around the country, and strive to make substantial progress and effectively implement the resolutions passed at each meeting. Moreover, for effectively strengthen the business contact and establish a closer communication and business cooperation relationship among ZhongYin offices, the delegates from Branch Offices proposed to set up a representative office for each branch in the Head Office, which will facilitate the exchange and cooperation between the Head Office and the visiting lawyers from each Branch Office without increasing the cost of the Head Office.

This meeting is not only the first joint meeting of ZhongYin head and Branch Offices held in 2018, but also the first meeting of managing partners of all ZhongYin offices all around the country since the 25th anniversary of Zhong Yin Law Firm. Everyone spoke freely and offered advices and suggestions on ZhongYin’s plan for the next 25 years. The meeting achieved substantive goals.
