On May 15, 2024, ZHONGHE (ZHONGHE 3, stock Code: 400072.NQ) announced that through the execution of the court ruling, Fujian Guocheng Green Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guocheng Green Energy") has become its largest shareholder and controlling shareholder, completing the restructuring and acquisition of ZHONGHE. Zhong Yin Law Firm has served as the special counselor of the acquirer Guocheng Green Energy and provided relevant legal services to assist the acquirer in successfully completing this acquisition.

In this acquisition, Guocheng Green Energy invested a total of RMB2.65 billion and obtained 44.77% shares of ZHONGHE. According to the "Restructuring Plan", after the completion of the acquisition and restructuring, ZHONGHE will gradually recover its ability to continue operations and profitability. On this basis, ZHONGHE will actively explore ways to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other listed companies, apply for re-listing, in order to effectively safeguard the interests of all parties, including the large number of small and medium-sized shareholders. According to public information, as of the end of 2023, the number of shareholders of ZHONGHE was 36,900.
