In 1979, China's lawyer system was restored and rebuilt. In an instant, 40 years has passed. Over the 40 years of twists and turns, legal profession has gone through the changes of times. In 2019, a crucial period of decisive campaign to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation after 70 years of the party's governance, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the CPC assigned new missions and tasks to lawyers in the new era. Shouldering the new missions and tasks, ZhongYin Law Firm took the initiative to carried out multiple party building activities, thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, with a focus on the overall goal of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, continued to deepen reforms and improve practice capabilities, standardized the practice behaviors, strengthened team building, and provided good and efficient legal services for achieving the “two-century” goal and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

In this year, ZLF Law Office, as the first Mainland-Hong Kong-Macao joint venture law firm in the country, continued to receive widespread attention and strong support from the state and all walks of life.

In this year, ZhongYin Law Firm embarked on a fruitful path in serving the army's rule of law and providing legal services to retired soldiers. On December 26, 2019, the “Shaanxi Veterans Legal Service Center” was officially established in Xi'an.
