Because of thinking of the image of Jimmy Lin in his official micro-blog Sina “Dreamer Jimmer Lin” infringed, the author of the work Zhu Qiangfu brought a suit against Jimmy Lin and Sina operation company Beijing Micro Dream Technology Network Co.,Ltd. requested them to stop infringement, apology and compensation for economic losses and reasonable expenses more than 110 yuan.

On Sep 8th, 2017, the case, Zhu Qingfu suing Jimmy Lin and Beijing Micro Dream Technology Network Co.,Ltd, public pronounced judgment, undertaken by our lawyer Le Qu and internship lawyer Sun Ying, Beijing Micro Dream Technology Network Co.,Ltd, won the case, and doesn’t have to take any legal responsibility.
