Recently, agented by our senior partners Suo Canjie and Ai Jing, the case that Shandong Province Senior People’s Court asked Jinan intermediate to retrial made (2016) Lu 01 and No.6 punishment of criminal judgment. The judgment withdrew the decision of Shandong province Zibo intermediate people’s court (2014) No.39 judgment and Zibo City Zhoucun District people’s court (2013) No.67 judgment, changed the judgment that Lu’s punishment of twenty-five years and fined one million and five hundred thousand yuan because of illegally absorbing public deposits (1.68 million yuan), financial fraud (5.27 million yuan), to commuted to crime of illegally absorbing public deposits and sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of ten years and fined RMB five hundred thousand yuan.

The defense opinion that Lu didn’t constitute crime of fraud in financing was fully accepted by the court. For this case, the two lawyers fully studied and demonstrated, applied for retrial, to the defendant Lu prison court retrial verdict commuted to succeed, it took two years. Finally our lawyers better safeguard the legitimate rights of the defendant, and the fair legal justice of individual case has been realized.
