On February 22nd, 2018, The Shenzhen Ecobeauty Co., Ltd., (abbreviation: Ecobeauty, stock code: 000010) contracted by our senior partner, Ge Youshan, lawyer and partner Yu Limiao, acquired the 51% equity project of Fujian Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully completed the transfer.

In this transaction, Ecobeauty acquired a 51% stock in Fujian Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “tunnel company”) held by Pingtan Xinyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and natural person Lin Junji for RMB 351.39 million. The tunnel company has now completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures and obtained a new business license. The tunnel company has become a holding subsidiary of the beautiful ecology.
