On March 6th, 2017, agented by our senior partner Tong Xuejun and Yu Bo, the first and second instance of the construction contract dispute between China Huiyuan Juice Group Limited( Huiyuan Group) and Beijing Luban Construction Company (Luban Construction), through many trial proceedings, Beijing third intermediate people’s court made the final judgement.

Luban Construction’s sued subject was nearly 70 million yuan, through judgement, the court almost fully supported our view, rejected most of the claims of Luban Contruction in accordance with law, only supported 70 thousand yuan litigation request.
