Zhong Yin Law Firm Succeeds in Assisting Jinghe Fund to go through the Private Equity Fund Manager Registration Process

Recently, Zhong Yin Law Firm’s senior partner Mr Wang Ting and lawyer Mr Tan Jun assisted Jinghe (Beijing) Fund Management Co Ltd (“Jinghe Fund”) to register for Private Equity Fund Manager, the application of which has successfully obtained approval from Asset Management Association of China (AMMC).

Following the regulations and requirements of AMMC, the firm has carried out a detailed due diligence investigation on Jinghe Fund, and put forward some suggestions for rectification and standardization according to the problems found in the investigation. The firm produced a fully comprehensive legal opinion which guided and assisted Jinghe Fund to establish a system of internal control and risk management which complies with the said requirements.
