On Apr 13th, 2017, our senior partner Gao Wei lawyers team accepted the commission of CRRC, providing legal services for its equity investment project of a cable enterprise and successfully completed due diligence.

CRRC is a branch of CSR, it was established after the merger of the north and south cars, inheriting all of the original equity investment business and part of the commercial and financial business of the former CSR group, now it is Chinese Car Group’s subsidiary equity investment execution platform.
