Recently, our senior partner Tian Shouyun lawyers team sign special legal cooperation agreement with Mingdedingtai Investment Management (Hainan) Co.,Ltd. (Mingdedingtai), to formally establish a partnership.

Mingdedingtai’s main business is: fund management, investment management and asset management. Zhongyin lawyers will provide special legal services for its private equity funds registration, including: legal due diligence, application for administrator registration, issuance of legal opinions, provision of legal advice and special legal advice. Through collaboration between the two parties, the final private equity manager registration feedback is passed.
