ZhongYin Lecture Hall: New Trends in Asset Securitization Regulation — Interpretation of New Regulations on Asset Securitization issued as from 2017

On May 10, 2018, the fourth “ZhongYin Lecture Hall” was hosted in Beijing. During the lecture, Dong Wan, a senior partner of ZhongYin, shared her experience in practice on the subject “New Trends in Asset Securitization Regulation — Interpretation of New Regulations on Asset Securitization issued as from 2017”. About 50 people, including Liu Guangbin, ZhongYin Director, Li Zheng and Zhou Junli, Members of Management Committee and Senior Partners, Sun Jian, Tong Xuejun and Yang Yanguang, and Partners Deng Jijun, Yue Qu, Li Shuangyan, Liu Sumei, Yang Jinglin and Yu Limiao, Senior Partners, and some of the associates who were in the firm then, participated in this lecture.
In this lecture, by combining specific cases and practical experience, Dong Wan gave us a wonderful explanation for the new regulations on asset securitization issued as from 2017, the background of the new regulations on asset securitization, the new regulations on securities backed by accounts receivable and on securities backed by financing lease accounts receivable, the requirements imposed on law firms by new regulations on credit risk management during duration. The professional and detailed explanation of Dong Wan was unanimously recognized by the audience. Everyone raised questions about the cases which they encountered in practice, and Dong Wan answered them in detail.
