Recently, the first consult that Anhui Sheng Yun Environmental Group (Stock Code: 300090) winning the bid: “Tong City Six Feet Lane District (including Zhangfu and Wufu) Restoration and Repair PPP Project” was held successfully, Zhongyin (Hefei) branch’s partner Wang Fei led PPP lawyers team to provide full special legal services for this project.
This project is composed of Six feet lane, Zhang mansion, Wu palace, the prime minister’s office remains, Shaoyuan and the former residence of Wu Yue, the total investment is 780 million yuan, and the cooperation period is 14 years (4 years for construction and 10 years for operation).
