On April 26, 2019, namely the 19th World IP Day, the IP Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association announced the “Ten Typical IP Cases of 2018 in Shenzhen Lawyers’ Community”, including the case of “patent ownership dispute between Amperex Technology and Shenzhen Dartel” represented by the team led by Mo Jiahui of ZhongYin (Shenzhen).

The case represented by the team led by Mo Jiahui is rated as one of the “Ten Typical IP Cases”.
