ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Represents Rundian Environmental Protection on Acquisition of Rizhao Kaidi

Recently, Li Xianghong and Xie Lu, senior partners of ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, have represented Guangdong Rundian Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (short name Rundian Environmental Protection) on acquisition of Rizhao Kaidi Ecological Energy Co., Ltd. (short name Rizhao Kaidi).

Rundian Environmental Protection intends to acquire 70% equity in Rizhao Kaidi. The team led by Li Xianghong of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), as legal counsel to Rundian Environmental Protection exclusively on the acquisition, has participated in legal due diligence, transaction structure design, business negotiation, drafting and revision of transaction documents, issuance of legal opinions, preparation of memorandums, closing, and other work. The team was highly praised and appreciated by Rundian Environmental Protection for its high-quality, professional and efficient legal services.

Rizhao Kaidi mainly engages in power generation with agricultural and forest biomass. After the completion of the acquisition, Rizhao Kaidi's shareholders will be changed to Rundian Environmental Protection (70%) and Rizhao Port Group Co., Ltd. (short name Rizhao Port Group) (30%). Rundian Environmental Protection is a company actually controlled by CR Power (stock code 0836.HK) and mainly engages in technology development and technology application of power generation, heat supply and steam supply with agricultural and forest waste. Rizhao Port Group is a wholly state-owned company controlled by the Rizhao City People's Government.
