On March 28, 2019, Guangdong Higher People's Court published the Roster of Bankruptcy Administrator in Guangdong to the public. After a series of procedures such as test of professional competence, review by administrator roster preparation review committee, announcement of proposed roster, and objection-based examination, ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Law Firm was selected as a second-level administrator for Guangdong bankruptcy cases.

According to the data released by Guangdong Higher People’s Court, a total of 3148 applicants including 464 intermediaries and 622 individuals applied for administrator qualification this time, and a total of 14 intermediaries in Shenzhen were eventually selected as second-level administrators. ZhongYin (Shenzhen)’s successful selection into the roster shall be attributed to Xie Lanjun’s and Zhu Yaolong’s intensive and careful cultivation in the area of bankruptcy and liquidation for more than ten years, the joint efforts of the bankruptcy liquidation team led by the two lawyers, and what’s more, the good reputation and valuable experience accumulated by many lawyers of ZhongYin (Shenzhen) in this area of practice.
