On July 29, 2019, the team led by Zheng Liping of ZhongYin (Hangzhou), after competitive negotiation, was successfully selected into the individual legal counsel database of Zhejiang Development Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “ZJDAM”). It will provide ZJDAM and its funds with various individual legal services such as various types of equity and debt investment, investment withdrawal, asset transfer, distressed asset disposal, and litigation/arbitration.

ZJDAM was formally established in August 2002 with a registered capital of 1 billion Yuan. It is a state-owned sole proprietorship under Zhejiang State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd., and is a strategic investment platform for Zhejiang State-owned Capital Operation Co., Ltd. to play its function of resource allocation.
