ZhongYin (Hefei) Is Engaged by Anhui Foreign Affairs Office as Legal Counsel

On the afternoon of August 8, 2018, the Party Group of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province (hereinafter referred to as “Anhui Foreign Affairs Office”), upon preliminary investigation, comprehensive evaluation and in-depth study, through bid-call and publicity procedures, engaged Cai Rongfeng, a partner of ZhongYin (Hefei) and the director of the Foreign Affairs Professional Committee under the Anhui Lawyers Association as legal counsel and issued an engagement letter to her.

Cai Rongfeng made a duty-performance commitment and will advise Anhui Foreign Affairs Office in high-quality, efficient and timely manner on legal issues during her engagement.

About Cai Rongfeng:

As a partner of and the director of the international practice department of ZhongYin (Hefei) Law Firm, she’s experienced in practicing in foreign investment, international trade, overseas engineering, international litigation and arbitration. Her clients include many of the world's top 500, Sino-German joint ventures, Sino-Philippine joint ventures, and overseas engineering companies. In 2017, the Legal Risk Prevention and Control in and Suggested Countermeasures for International EPC Project in Pakistan: Taking the Rural Water Purification Project in Punjab as an Example, a paper written by Cai Rongfeng, won the “First Prize: Excellent Paper” in the 15th East China Lawyer Forum.
