ZhongYin (Nanning) Establishes Strategic Partnership with Three Law Firms in Malaysia

On April 24, 2018, in the presence of the President of Guangxi Bar Association and the President of the Bar Council of Malaysia, Qiu Zhaoyu, on behalf of ZhongYin (Nanning), signed framework cooperation agreements with three outstanding Malaysian law firms, namely, Teh & Lee, Ricky Tan & Co, and Teh Kim Teh, Salina & Co. respectively.

Chinese lawyers and Malaysian lawyers reached a consensus through in-depth exchanges. By making use of the industrial parks established in Qinzhou, Guangxi, and Kuantan, Malaysia and relevant preferential policies, the two parties may carry out extensive cooperation on legal practice in foreign direct investment, cross-border merger and acquisition, international trade, anti-dumping, intellectual property protection, real estate and infrastructure construction and other areas, to explore a variety of business opportunities for the clients.

The framework agreement establishes a strategic partnership between the contracting parties, clarifies the basic principles for further cooperation, and marks an important step taken by ZhongYin (Nanning), with its geographical advantages, on behalf of ZhongYin, to develop the Malaysian and ASEAN markets.
