On March 29, 2018, the first “ZhongYin Lecture Hall” was hosted in Beijing. Yang Baoquan, a partner of the firm, shared his experience in practice on the subject “Outlook on and Planning for Practice of Employment Law in 2018 and Interpretation of Hot Issues in Advising Services”. About 60 people, including Li Ju, the Chairman of the Management Committee and a Senior Partner, Chen Yongxue, a Member of the Management Committee and a Senior Partner, the Senior Partner Wu Guanghong, other Partners including Ding Ran, Hou Jiyan, Liu Yunsong, Li Zixiao, Lin Li, and Lv Yanchang, as well as some of the associates who were in the firm then, participated in the first lecture.

During the lecture, in combination of cases study, Yang Baoquan gave a wonderful instruction of the market demand in the practice of employment law, the normal litigations and disputes during 10 years after effectiveness of employment law, 6 new trends in the practice of employment law in 2018, "employee departure process" optimization and related risk prevention, and other issues. Yang Baoquan's professional and comprehensive representation was recognized by the present lawyers unanimously. The lawyers raised questions about the cases encountered in practice, and Yang Baoquan answered them in details.
