On July 19, 2018, the seventh “ZhongYin Lecture Hall” was hosted in Beijing. In the lecture, Hu Lixin, a lawyer of Zhong Yin Law Firm, shared his experience in practice on the subject “Equity Dispute and Shareholding Structure Design”. About 60 people, including a member of the management committee , the senior partner Ge Youshan, a member of the supervisory committee , the senior partner Sun Jian, the partners Deng Jijun, Liu Sumei, Lv Yanchang, Qian Bohui, Sun Yanqing, Yang Baodong and Zhou Cunjun, and some of the associates who were in the firm then, participated in this lecture.

In the lecture, Hu Lixin, based on his own practical experience, using specific precedents, elaborated in details on dispute over a shareholder’s information right, lawsuit filed by a shareholder representative, equity structure design in equity incentive, and dispute over liability for damage to a shareholder's interests, and other issues. Moreover, he discussed in depth equity-related issues with the participants and answered their questions.

With the development of the ZhongYin Lecture Hall and the promotion of practice specialization in the firm, the lawyers' practice level, political quality, and teamwork ability have been continuously improved.
