On September 16, 2019, a China-Brazil Foreign-related Legal Exchange Meeting was held at ZhongYin Law Firm. Guilherme Rizzo Amaral, Giacomo Paro, and Clarissa Yokomizo, partners of Souto Correa, a Brazilian law firm, visited ZhongYin. In his speech, Guilherme Rizzo Amaral detailed the four periods of Chinese investment fever in Brazil, namely the period of investment in commodity from 2005 to 2011, the period of investment in machinery, automobile and electronic equipment from 2011 to 2013, the period of investment in service and banking in 2013, and the period of investment in energy and agribusiness in 2015.

It gives citizen treatment to all 100% foreign-owned enterprises or Brazil-foreign joint ventures in Brazil.
