On September 21, 2019, Director and Senior Partner Yan Penghe and Operation Director Fu Tingting of ZhongYin Law Firm visited ZhongYin (Qingdao) for survey and exchange. First of all, Director Tian Weizhong introduced the current development of ZhongYin (Qingdao) and its implementation of the integration of head and branch offices, and expressed his expectation that Director Yan Penghe would enlighten ZhongYin (Qingdao) with new development ideas during this visit.

Director Yan Penghe shared the practice development of the head office, and provided constructive guidance on the future development direction for ZhongYin (Qingdao) by combining the practice characteristics of ZhongYin (Qingdao). Moreover, he pointed out that at the time of opening of Qingdao Sub-zone of Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone, ZhongYin (Qingdao) is suggested to seize the opportunity of development to realize the sharing of resources and development dividends between head and branch offices as soon as possible.

The two parties also conducted in-depth discussions on how to further strengthen the practice exchange between head and branch offices in the new context of development and conducted adequate communication on the strategy of integrating head and branch offices, and reached consensus on risk management, brand building, team building, practice support and other issues.
