On 8 July 2016, ZhongYin Law Firm has officially became a member of Securities Association of China (“SAC”), and recently received an association membership card, the membership code is 814019.Securities Association of China is a self-regulatory organization in the securities industry. SAC operates under the industry guidance and supervision of China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”) and Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. It was also recognized as one of the associations having made outstanding contribution to the securities industry.
