On November 27, 2018, ZhongYin renewed the long-term legal service agreement with Language and Culture Press Co., Ltd. (short name Language and Culture Press). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will offer professional services to it on its daily compliance operation, capital operation, and other issues.

Language and Culture Press was established in 1956 and was previously administered by the National Language Committee and the Ministry of Education. In November 2011, Language and Culture Press was reorganized into Language and Culture Press Co., Ltd., which is the only press specialized in language and culture in China and integrating books, newspapers, and audio-visuals. It has four main business segments, including educational publishing, dictionary and academic publishing, popular cultural book publishing, and digital publishing.

The team of Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong currently consists of nearly twenty professional lawyers, has extensive experience and a large number of successful cases in practicing in domestic and overseas IPO and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M & A, reorganization, NEEQ listing, private equity and investment fund, foreign investment, bond issuance, asset securitization, long-term legal counseling and other areas, and has a profound understanding of PRC laws and regulations and regulatory practices, and thus can provide flexible, high-quality and value-added legal services based on the different characteristics of different clients.
