Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm and Beijing Huadu Hotel Co., Ltd. (“Huadu Hotel”) have entered into a legal service agreement, pursuant to which, our Senior Partner Yang Baoquan is re-engaged by it as regular legal counsel exclusively on employment law for the year from 2020 to 2021.
As a well-known hotel in Beijing, Huadu Hotel is located to the west side of the north-south central axis of Beijing’s Central Business District (CBD), in the core area of the Beijing-famous “Yansha Business Circle”, and close to East Third Ring Road, the main road in eastern Beijing. It is committed to building a truly green business hotel, and becoming a credible enterprise in the hotel industry in Beijing.
The team of Yang Baoquan has focused on compliance operation in human resources management for more than ten years, has served as legal counsel exclusively on employment law for several organizations, has a profound understanding of enterprise’s actual operation and risk prevention and control, has extensive practical experience in establishment of enterprise’s rules and regulations, control of employment cost, employment method design, social insurance planning, non-disclosure and non-competition, staff resettlement and economic layoff, employment law training and system construction, and other areas, and conducts in-depth research on PRC laws and regulations and arbitration & litigation practice, and thus can provide the flexible, high-quality and value-adding legal services based on the specific characteristics of different clients.
