Recently, ZhongYin has entered into a long-term legal service agreement with Minsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Minsheng Leasing”), under which the team led by our senior partner Liu Zhenyu and partner Jin Yong will design financing structure, conduct due diligence, and review project documents for Minsheng Leasing, and participate in its major business negotiations, issue relevant legal opinions to it, represent it in litigations and arbitrations, and advises it on other issues.

Minsheng Leasing is promoted, founded and controlled by China Minsheng Bank, and is one of the first five financial leasing companies banking background established upon the approval of China Banking Regulatory Commission and also one of the several domestic finance leasing companies with asset size over RMB100 billion. Its business covers a number of fields such as corporate aircraft, commercial aircraft, ship, marine engineering equipment, logistics, vehicle & engineering machinery, energy equipment, energy saving & environmental protection, medical equipment, and electronic information.
