ZhongYin is Elected as a Sixth Council Member of the China Behavior Law Association

On June 20, 2020, the Sixth National Member Representative Congress of the China Behavior Law Association was held in Beijing, and its sixth council members were elected at the congress. Dong Zhiliang, the former Party Secretary and President of the Higher People’s Court of Hainan Province, was elected as the Chairman and Secretary-General, 12 people including Zhu Xiaohuang were elected as Vice Chairman, and Senior Partner Liu Qiang and Partner Ge Ningning of ZhongYin Law Firm were elected as Sixth Council Members of the China Behavior Law Association.
Established in the 1980s, the China Behavior Law Association is a comprehensive society of law, approved by the Ministry of Justice and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affair, and is a national first-level society. Its predecessor was the Behavioral Law Professional Committee of the Behavioral Science Society of China, which was jointly promoted and established by well-known experts and scholars in the legal community of China as advocated by famous scientist Qian Xuesen.
After nearly three decades of development, the China Behavior Law Association now has more than 3,000 members, covering experts and scholars in legal departments at all levels from the central level to the grassroots as well as in relevant fields, many of whom are experienced leaders or well-known experts, scholars or academic leaders. The Association is committed to summing up the general and special laws in the practice of rule of law in China from the unique perspective of individual behavior and social operation, providing theoretical guidance and intellectual support to legislative, executive, and judicial departments, and actively making suggestions on building China under the rule of law. It has carried out a series of unique, highly effective, and far-reaching work to prosper legal research, advocate rule of law, promote legal exchanges, and cultivate outstanding talents, with increasing influence in the academic world and the society and on the decision-making, becoming an important research force in building China under the rule of law.
