Recently, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) announced a new roster of arbitrators. Zhong (Nanchang) Law Firm’s deputy director Peng Dingdai and Zhongyin (Nanjing) Law Firm’s senior partner Li Jian were elected CIETAC arbitrator.

Zhongyin (Nanchang) Law Firm’s deputy director Peng Dingdai is mainly engaged in venture investment and capital markets, NEEQ practices, environmental protection law, enterprise legal risk prevention and control, criminal defense, company law and other business, he is the director of China Institute of private international law, the special research fellow of development research center of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, independent director of Jiangxi state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission, special commissioner of Jiangxi Intellectual Property Office, member of the administrative reconsideration committee of Nanchang Municipal People's Government, and member of the Legal Advisory Committee of Jiangxi Lawyers Association.
