Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm’s Partner, Jing Junwang, has been appointed as a member of the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission. The Qinzhou Arbitration Commission issued the Letter of Engagement to him, with a term of engagement from June 5, 2019 to November 25, 2021.
The Qinzhou Arbitration Commission was registered as approved by the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and legally organized as approved by the Qinzhou Municipal People's Government, and formally established on December 26, 1996, according to the provisions of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. The Qinzhou Arbitration Commission is an organization that resolves economic disputes and property disputes by way of arbitration. It consists of authorities, legal, economic and trade experts, and so on, and engages a group of experts, scholars, and authorities with legal, economic and trade, and other expertise and practical experience, as part-time arbitrators. It arbitrates independently according to law, free from interference by administrative organs, social organizations and individuals.
Jing Junwang has practiced for more than a decade and possesses extensive practical experience in company law, real estate, construction engineering, litigation, and criminal defense. He has served as regular or special legal counsel to many domestic first-class enterprises. His practice areas include financial crime, corporate risk control, construction engineering, trade and the Internet, criminal defense, and so on.
