Zhongyin is Engaged for Representing Yonyou Network Exclusively on Incorporation and Registration of a New Company

On April 26, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a legal service agreement with Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (short name Yonyou Network). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong (senior partners of ZhongYin) has been officially engaged by Yonyou Network and will advise the company on incorporation and registration of a new company.
Yonyou Network is founded in 1988. It is a Chinese management software/ERP service provider and independent software vendor. In the era of its 3.0 version, Yonyou Network has formed a new strategic layout with its Yonyou Cloud as core and cloud computing, software, and financial service developing in combination, to provide services for corporate innovation development harmonizing the sections of business, finance and IT. The investment in and establishment of an investment management company by Yonyou Network helps it to seek and nurture upstream and downstream companies that meet its development strategy needs by using its professional management team’s investment experience and risk control system, thus promotes and realizes the integration and expansion of its industrial chain.
The team of Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong has extensive experience in practicing in capital market, private equity and investment fund, M & A, foreign investment, bond, trust, asset securitization, long-term legal counseling and other areas, and has a profound understanding of the PRC laws and regulations and regulatory practices, and thus can provide flexible and valuable services based on the different business concerns of different clients.
