Zhongyin is Engaged by Yongdong Corporation as Long-Term Legal Counsel

On May 7, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a long-term legal service agreement with Shanxi Yongdong Chemical Corporation (stock short name Yongdong Corporation, stock code 002753). The team led by Tan Jun, Wang Ting and Wu Guanghong , senior partners of ZhongYin, will advise Yongdong Corporation.
Yongdong Corporation, located in the new coal coking chemical industrial park in Jishan County, Shanxi Province, is a joint-stock high-tech enterprise that produces carbon black for rubber and fine chemical products through recycling production manner, and has titles of “Provincial-Level Corporate Technology Center”, “Pilot Innovation Company in Shanxi”, “Pilot and Key Entity Responsible for Recycling Economy Standardization in Shanxi”, “Key Exemplary Environment-friendly Company for Saving Energy, Reducing Emission, and Comprehensively Utilizing Resources through Recycling in Shanxi” and other titles.
