On June 4, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a legal service agreement with Henan Xu Rui New Alloy Material Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (“Xu Rui Alloy”), under which the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will advise Xu Rui Alloy on its daily management, corporate governance, compliant operation, and other issues, in order to promote its operation in accordance with the requirements for proposed to be listed companies, for the purpose of laying a foundation and create conditions for the company’s subsequent application for listing.
