Recently, ZhongYin has entered into a long-term legal service agreement with Herbalife (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. (“HerbalifeManagement”). The team led by Liu Zhenyu, a senior partner of Zhong Yin Law Firm, will review the project documents, participate in major negotiations, issue relevant legal opinions, and represent Herbalife Management in arbitration and litigation, and provide other legal services in relation to its direct sales and other businesses.

Herbalife Management, as entrusted by its investor and the domestic enterprises authorizing it to manage, is in charge of making investment management decisions for these entities; wholesaling, procuring, selling, importing and exporting of, and acting as commissioned agent (auction excluded) of certain foods, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, health care equipment, daily necessities, and providing related supporting services.
