Recently, our partner Yang Baoquan and Zhao Ru were hired as permanent legal advisor for first branch of BUCC.

BUCC has a leading position in technology research and development, real estate development as a leader, Jian'an, municipal construction as a foundation, and a combination of cultural, sports, and business services. It is a large-scale state-owned enterprise group with cross-regional, cross-industry, cross-ownership, and multinational operations. Ranked among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises and achieved "225 Global Largest International Contractors". As a second-tier company under the BUCC, the first branch of BUCC has passed the QHSE "Three-Four Standards" management system certification, and has been awarded the "Credit Grade AAA Grade Enterprise" with over 300 technical and professional management personnel of high and intermediate levels. The scale of construction reached more than one million square meters, and the average annual construction output value was one billion yuan.

This project is signed by Yang Baoquan's lawyers team and is the third architectural company following the construction of the China Metallurgical Building Research Institute and the China Construction Engineering Research Institute. The team will provide a full range of legal services for this company in corporate governance, reform of state-owned enterprises, legacy of historical personnel, and labor and employment.
