Zhongyin is Engaged by Sunrise Agritec as Long-Term Legal Counsel

On May 9, 2018, ZhongYin renewed the long-term legal service agreement with Sunrise Agritec Co., Ltd. (stock short name Sunrise Agritec, stock code 836645). Sunrise Agritec is a VIP client which the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, senior partners of ZhongYin, has advised continuously. Since the assistance with Sunrise Agritec in its successful NEEQ listing, ZhongYin has been engaged by Sunrise Agritec as legal counsel for advising it on financing after listing, strategic cooperation with Longping High-tech (a listed company), daily operation and information disclosure.

Sunrise Agritec is listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations in April 2016, focusing on breeding, production, promotion and sales of sunflower seeds and related technical services, which is a modern seed company integrating breeding, reproduction and promotion in the sunflower seed industry in China. It led two technological revolutions in hybridization and quality improvement of sunflower varieties in China, and has become a leader in the sunflower seed industry in China.
