On August 21, 2018, the application for registration as private fund manager filed by the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong on behalf of Ronghui Asset Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (short name Ronghui Asset) in Meishan Bonded Port Area, Ningbo has been approved by the Asset Management Association of China, and Ronghui Asset was successfully registered as private equity investment fund manager under registration number P1068882.

The team of Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong has extensive practical experience in private fund manager registration and has successfully handled more than 20 cases related to private fund manager, covering private fund manager registration, major change, special rectification and other services. The registrations cases successfully concluded in relation to private equity fund managers by the team have covered all types of private equity fund managers.
