On March 19, 2019, the Offering Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission granted an approval over a private placement of Shanxi Yongdong Chemical Corporation (stock short name Yongdong, stock code 002753). Yongdong is a medium-to large-size private listed environment-friendly chemical company that, based on recycling economy, manufactures and sells carbon black and coal chemical products, mainly including carbon black for rubber, high-dispersion low-resistivity conductive carbon black, industrial naphthalene, eucalyptus oil, washing oil, light oil, crude phenol, and so on. In terms of production scale of carbon black, Yongdong has become one of the top 10 in the same industry in the country. Its production of high-dispersion low-resistivity conductive carbon black has slowed domestic enterprises’ dependence on the import of similar products. It is a key pilot enterprise of recycling economy and high-tech enterprise in China, and a key exemplary enterprise of recycling economy featured by energy saving and emission reduction and comprehensive utilization of resources in Shanxi Province.
