Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm entered into a legal service contract with Zhongjun Junhong Security Service Co., Ltd. (short name Zhongjun Junhong) for advising exclusively on its acquisition of equity in a project in Kyrgyzstan. Our partner Ma Xiao and senior associate of foreign affair Niu Baoyuan, with the assistance of a well-known local law firm, will advise it on this acquisition, and their work includes conducting legal due diligence, participating in design of transaction structure, drafting and negotiating transaction terms, and such other work for the whole course.

Kyrgyzstan is one of the five Central Asian countries in the “Silk Road Economic Belt” under the Belt and Road Initiative of China. With the implementation of the Belt and Road policies, the cooperation among China and relevant countries is increasing. A delegation led by Wu Xueyan, general manager of Zhongjun Junhong, visited the Chinese Embassy and Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, and Ministry of Environmental Protection to exchange views on the current political and investing environment of Kyrgyzstan, the development of the acquisition, and relevant preferential policies for foreigners for investing in Kyrgyzstan.

Zhongjun Junhong is founded by veterans. It owns three business segments: Zhongjun Technology, Junhong Security and Maritime Guard. It holds security service license, labor dispatch license, administrative license for comprehensive working hour system, corporate overseas investment certificate, security service qualification and technical defense engineering qualification (both at level 1), and so on. The “Maritime Guard” under Zhongjun Junhong, along Belt and Road, has established 18 overseas companies, 13 liaison offices, and 11 maritime armed escort support bases, and employed 2,000 veterans to escort the new silk road. With outstanding contributions, it has been included in Yearbook of the People's Republic of China, China Today (special issue for 19th CPC National Congress) and Half-Monthly Talk of Xinhua News Agency (special issue for the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up) for its achievements.
