Recently, the Supreme People's Court has made a final judgment in favor of the defendants Chongqing Electric Coal Storage and Transportation Group Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Electric Coal Storage and Transportation Group (East China) Co., Ltd. in a sales contract dispute, in which Li Liekui of ZhongYin represented the defendants.

This case has a subject value of over RMB 0.18 billion, involves both criminal and civil issues, and is extremely complicated. The first instance is trialed by Shandong Higher People's Court.
