On December 1, 2018, “The 4th Senior Partner Meeting of ZhongYin in 2018” was held in Beijing. More than 30 senior partners of the firm attended the meeting. At the meeting, these senior partners conducted in-depth discussions on the system integration of head and branch offices, the management of public case resources, the amendment to articles of association, the improvement to supervision system, and other issues. The meeting was chaired by Yan Penghe, the director and a senior partner of the firm.

At this meeting, Wu Zetao, Tan Jun, Liu Zhenyu, Wu Guanghong, and other management committee members, respectively elaborated the seven issues raised by the management committee to the participating partners. The senior partners at the meeting reached a high consensus on adhering to the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, espousing the socialist rule of law, and firmly upholding the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core and other main ideas, and unanimously agreed to incorporate the party building work into the articles of association and further strengthen the party building work. After full discussions and exchanges, the senior partners at the meeting unanimously agreed on establishment of branch offices, the 2019 annual conference plan, and other matters; and unanimously voted for adopting the Working Rules for Joint Meeting of The Head and Branch Offices and The Global Management Partner Committee of Zhong Yin Law Firm and the Public Case Resources Management System of ZhongYin Law Firm, laying a foundation for further promoting the system integration of the head and branch offices, strengthening the management of public case resources, and other work. At the meeting, Zheng Wei, the supervisory committee chairman and a senior partner, made proposals such as establishment of an integrated supervision system of the head and branch offices and improvement of the financial budgeting mechanism and the financial supervision mechanism of the firm, and Zhang Xiaojun, a supervisory committee member and a senior partner, mentioned other topics such as market construction, and the participating partners discussed and exchanged views on these proposals and topics.

At the meeting, following the introduction by the management committee chairman and senior partner Li Zheng, the management committee members made a performance review one by one on the affairs which he/she is in charge of, namely financial affairs, development and reform, internal audit, risk control, human resources management, administrative affairs, brand building and so forth.

The year of 2018 will end soon, and new challenges will arise in the new year. At the meeting, a consensus was reached on a number of important management issues, which provided an impetus source for the development and daily management of ZhongYin Law Firm for the new year. In the future, 2,600 ZhongYin people will work together to meet better performance objectives and climb higher peaks!
