On July 13, 2019, ZhongYin Law Firm successfully held its third full partner meeting in 2019 and its third meeting of senior partners in 2019 in the meeting room of its head office to discuss the practice development and system improvement of the firm. And a new managing partner and new management committee members were elected.

The previous management committee members reviewed and reported the actual work which they were in charge of respectively during the previous term of office, and described the management of head and branch offices, public opinions over the internet, office relocation, risk control and internal audit, knowledge management, talent development, system reform and other issues of concern to the partners in detail, gaining the recognition from the participants. In the past year, under the leadership of the management committee, through joint efforts, the firm's colleagues have solved many problems encountered and have summarized valuable practical experience during development and exploration progress.

In order to improve the efficiency of the firm, encourage partners to participate in daily public affairs, and promote the integration of head and branch offices, the participating partners deliberated issues concerning improving systems such as the Measures for Managing Practice Departments of ZhongYin Law Firm, the Management Measures for Admission to and Withdraw from ZhongYin Law Firm, the Measures for Managing Branch Offices of ZhongYin Law Firm, and discussed issues such as partner meeting procedures, and rights and interests of partners.

On the day of the meeting, according to the Measures for Electing Managing Partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, upon voting by all partners, senior partner Yan Penghe was elected as the new managing partner of ZhongYin Law Firm. According to the Measures for Electing Chairman and Members of Management Committee of ZhongYin Law Firm, upon voting by all senior partners, senior partner Li Zheng was elected as the chairman of the new management committee; senior partners Dong Wan, Ge Youshan, Jia Zheng, Liu Xiaoyu, Liu Zhenyu, Suo Canjie, Wu Guanghong, Wu Zetao, and Zhou Junli were elected as the new members of the management committee.

In this general election, a new member joined the management committee, which not only satisfies the management’s need for new force, but also realizes the complete continuation and inheritance of management ideas and measures, which is very important for the firm at a critical moment of reform and development. In the future, the firm will strengthen the development and cultivation of core values, and by firmly grasping the lifeline formulated by three major elements “profession, market, and talent”, being responsible and inclusive, upholding the principles of fairness and justice, seek a way to change and develop, in order to create a practice platform with professional heritage and innovative vitality for all ZhongYin colleagues.
